To amend Public Law 100-573 to extend the authorization of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area Citizen Advisory Commission.

Amends Public Law 100-573 (relating to the establishment of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area Citizens Advisory Commission) to terminate the Commission 30 years after the enactment of such Act.
