To prohibit natural asset companies from entering into any agreement with respect to land in the State of Utah or natural assets on or in such land.

This bill prohibits natural asset companies from entering agreements regarding land or natural assets in Utah. A natural asset company is a corporation with the primary purpose of actively managing, maintaining, restoring, and growing the value of natural assets and their production of ecosystem services.
