Summary
Rodeo-Chediski Economic and Forest Health Recovery Act - Authorizes the Regional Forester for Region 3 to exempt certain wildfire prevention tree-thinning projects in the area of the Rodeo-Chediski Fire on the Apache-Stigreaves or Tonto National Forests lands from any provision of law, including the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the National Forest Management Act. Exempts such projects from: (1) judicial review; or (2) notice, comment, and appeals under the Appeals Reform Act.
Sets forth the Constitutional authority for this Act.
