- Miami Lakes, Florida;
- Hollywood, Florida;
- Village of Somers, Wisconsin;
- Village of Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin;
- Village of Caledonia, Wisconsin;
- Eastvale, California; and
- Castle Pines, Colorado.
