Program Reform Commission Act

This bill would establish an independent "Program Reform Commission" tasked with identifying and reviewing federal programs that are considered unnecessary or redundant. Under this legislation, federal agencies would be required to submit lists of such programs to the commission, which would then hold public hearings and recommend whether each program should be terminated, modified, or kept.
