HEALTH Act

H.Res. 1081, known as the HEALTH Act, proposes a change to the standing rules of the House of Representatives to require a waiting period before voting on major healthcare legislation. Under this resolution, any bill that significantly impacts the healthcare system must be made publicly available for at least 72 hours before it can be considered on the House floor.
