This resolution requests the President to provide the House of Representatives with documents and information about any plans to (1) issue executive actions, federal policies, or regulations that result in increased energy prices; (2) implicate Russian President Vladimir Putin in the rise of energy prices; (3) pursue non-fossil fuel energy sources as a result of rising energy prices; or (4) impose punitive restrictions on American energy workers.
