Recognizing the residents of the City of Tracy, California, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the city's incorporation, for their century of dedicated service to the United States.

Expresses the gratitude of the House of Representatives to: (1) the veterans of the city of Tracy, California, who have committed their lives to serving the United States; and (2) all of the residents of Tracy for their century-long commitment to serving the United States.
