Calls for the continued arrest and transfer of other indicted war criminals throughout the Balkans to the Tribunal.
Encourages the release of all innocent political prisoners held in Serbian prisons.
Declares that the House of Representatives remains committed to providing foreign assistance to support the success of economic, political, and legal reforms in Yugoslavia and other nations of the Balkans region as long as the Yugoslav Government and others continue to cooperate in the matter of war criminals.
