Directing the Clerk of the House of Representatives to post on the official public Internet site of the House of Representatives all lobbying registrations and reports filed with the Clerk under the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to: (1) post on the official public Internet site of the House each registration and report filed with and retained by the Clerk under the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995; and (2) provide notice of such posting on each registration and report form prepared and provided by the Clerk.
