Electing Members to certain standing committees of the House of Representatives.

Elects certain named Majority Members and ranking Members to the House Committees on House Administration and to Rules.

Amends H.Res. 24 (electing Majority Members to specified House Committees) to replace Representative Bishop of Utah with Representative Bishop of New York on the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.
