A bill to provide for the conveyance of certain public land in Clark County, Nevada, for use as a shooting range.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey specified parcels of public land in Clark County, Nevada, to the County: (1) for establishment of a centralized shooting facility in the Las Vegas valley; and (2) to provide the public with opportunities for education and recreation and to provide a location for competitive events and marksmanship training.

Dedicates portions of the conveyed land for use as open space, wildlife habitat, and a buffer around the shooting range. Prohibits Clark County from disposing of any of the conveyed land.

Allows the Secretary to require additional terms and conditions in connection with the conveyance as are appropriate to protect the interests of the United States.

Declares that parcels to be conveyed that comprise a portion of the Quail Springs Wilderness Study Area are no longer subject to requirements under the Federal Land Management Policy Act of 1976 pertaining to the management of wilderness study areas.
