Accessible Voting Act of 2021

For citizens, the bill would mandate that states provide "no-excuse" mail-in ballots, ensure all physical polling locations and drop boxes are fully accessible, and require election websites to meet specific usability standards. Additionally, the legislation provides federal grants to help local governments modernize their voting equipment and expand programs that assist voters with disabilities in registering and casting their ballots independently.
