Summary
Provides for Federal acquisition of: (1) the fee simple interest in certain real property owned by Environmental Land Technology, Ltd. (ELT) and other parties, within the Red Cliffs Reserve in Washington County, Utah; and (2) the fee simple interest in certain real property owned by ELT, adjacent to the Red Cliffs Reserve. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to fairly compensate the owners of such lands.
