Summary
Vancouver National Historic Reserve Preservation Act of 2002- Amends the Omnibus Parks and Public Lands Management Act of 1996 to increase the authorization of appropriations for the Vancouver National Historic Reserve and for the preservation of Vancouver Barracks at the Reserve. Earmarks funds for development costs associated with capital projects consistent with the cooperative management plan, limiting the Federal share to a maximum of 50 percent.
