Summary
Directs the Chief of the National Guard Bureau to carry out a pilot program to assess the feasibility and advisability of adopting the Air Force Expeditionary Medical Support System (a ystem for the rapid deployment of medical personnel and equipment) or a System modification within the United States by the Air National Guard. Requires the program to be carried out at two locations selected by the Chief and the Surgeon General of the Air Force.
