Summary
Workplace Integrity Act of 2002 - Amends Federal labor-management and employee relations provisions to allow official time to be granted only to allow an employee representing an exclusive representative to negotiate a collective bargaining agreement (current law) or to: (1) present or process a grievance on behalf of another employee in the bargaining unit; (2) be present during a grievance proceeding involving such an employee; (3) take part in any proceedings approved by the agency; or (4) present a grievance under a negotiated grievance procedure.
Limits the total amount of official time that may be granted to not more than 25 percent of the total amount of time the employee would otherwise be in duty status.
Requires annual reports on the use of official time from the Office of Personnel Management.
