Summary
Federal-Utah State Trust Lands Consolidation Act - Establishes that the State of Utah, the Department of the Interior, and the Department of Agriculture have agreed to exchange certain Federal lands in the State of Utah for certain Utah State lands. Ratifies, confirms, and incorporates all provisions set forth in the "Agreement for Exchange of Lands 2002 Federal-Utah State Trust Lands Consolidation."
Directs the Federal Government to share payments pursuant to the Agreement with the State of Utah as bonus bids, rental, and royalties are shared under the Mineral Leasing Act.
