A bill to amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to extend the Administrative Fine Program for certain reporting violations.

This act extends through December 31, 2033, the statutory authorization for the Federal Election Commission Administration Fine Program. This program provides expedited enforcement for late and nonfiled campaign finance disclosure reports.
