Summary
Amends basic annuity computation provisions under the Federal Employees' Retirement System to provide that the percentage otherwise applicable for a computation that includes, in the aggregate, at least one year of credit for any period of receiving disability compensation benefits shall be increased by one percentage point. Applies such amendment to any annuity entitlement which is based on a separation from service occurring on or after the enactment of this Act.
