A bill to amend the Violence Against Women Act of 2000 by expanding legal assistance for victims of violence grant program to include assistance for victims of dating violence.

Amends the Violence Against Women Act of 2000 to extend legal assistance under the Victims of Violence Grant Program to victims of dating violence.

Defines "dating violence" as violence committed by a person: (1) who is or has been in a romantic or intimate relationship with the victim; and (2) where the existence of such relationship is determined based upon consideration of its length and its type, and upon the frequency of interaction between the persons involved.
