All-American Flag Act

The All-American Flag Act requires the federal government to purchase United States flags that are produced entirely within the U.S. using 100% American-made materials. Current law only requires flags purchased by the government to contain 50% American-made content; this bill closes that gap to ensure all components, from the fabric to the ink, are domestically sourced. While the bill includes exceptions for instances where American flags are not available in sufficient quantity or quality, its primary goal is to ensure that the symbols flown over federal buildings are manufactured by American workers using domestic resources.
