Summary
Removing Limitations on Insurance Effectiveness and Flexibility Act of 2015 or the ReLIEF Act
This bill deems catastrophic health plans described in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to be qualified health plans that are eligible for premium assistance and fulfill an individual's requirement to maintain minimum essential coverage. Limitations on eligibility for enrollment in catastrophic plans are eliminated.Lifecycle of the Bill
