Prairie Island Land Conveyance Act of 2005

The Prairie Island Land Conveyance Act of 2005 proposes transferring approximately 1,290 acres of federal land in Minnesota from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to the Department of the Interior. This land would be held in trust for the Prairie Island Indian Community and officially added to their reservation in Goodhue County.
