A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to repeal the calendar year limitations on the use of commissary stores by certain reserves and others.

Removes the limit of 24 days per calendar year on the use of commissary stores by members of the Ready Reserve with 50 or more retirement-creditable service points and members who would be entitled to retired pay but for the fact that they are under 60 years of age.
