Summary
Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Restoration Amendment Act of 2003 - Amends the Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Restoration Act to require that Coos Tribal Forest be held in trust by the Federal Government for the use and benefit of the Consolidated Tribes of the Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians (Tribe).
Requires the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Assistant Secretary for Indian Affairs, to develop a resource management plan for the Coos Tribal Forest.
Requires the Tribe to establish a separate account for watershed restoration purposes.
