Summary
Department of Energy Catalysis Research and Development Act - Instructs the Secretary of Energy, through the Director of the Office of Science, to establish a research and development program in catalysis science meeting certain criteria.
Directs the National Academy of Sciences to review and report triennially on the program and on gains made in the fundamental science of catalysis, as well as progress made towards developing new fuels for energy production, material fabrication processes and global warming reduction.
