Older Workers' Rights Restoration Act of 2001

Older Workers' Rights Restoration Act of 2001 (sic) - Amends the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 to require States to waive their sovereign immunity to lawsuit for violations of such Act against State employees in programs or activities that receive Federal financial assistance.

Allows such State employees to sue: (1) States for equitable, legal, or other authorized relief; and (2) State officials for injunctive relief, as authorized upon compliance with certain procedures, with the award of costs to the prevailing party.

Applies such State waiver, following enactment of this Act, to conduct on or after the day the State first receives or uses Federal financial assistance for the program or activity. Applies this Act with respect to injunctive relief against a State official to any suit pending on or after enactment.
