Sets forth specified amounts of revenues and outlays of the Federal Old-Age and Survivors and Disability Insurance Trust Funds, including those for administrative expenses.
Lists the appropriate levels of new budget authority and budget outlays for specified major functional categories.
Authorizes certain reductions in revenues in the event of estimates of negative economic growth or gross Federal debt reduction.
