A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of Congress that public awareness and education about the importance of health care coverage is of the utmost priority and that a National Importance of Health Care Coverage Month should be established to promote that awareness and education.

Calls for establishment of a National Importance of Health Care Coverage Month to: (1) promote education about the importance of health care coverage; (2) increase awareness of available health care coverage options; and (3) inform those eligible for public insurance programs about program access.

Calls on the President to issue a proclamation calling on various parties to conduct appropriate activities to promote this educational effort.
