A resolution condemning the involvement of women in suicide bombings.

Reaffirms the condemnation of all suicide bombings as terrorist acts, made by the Senate in its amendment to H.R. 2506 (FY 2002 foreign operations appropriations). Deplores those acts as contrary to the values and ideals of people everywhere. Calls on women of the world not to emulate a self-destructive, brutal, and murderous crime.
