Summary
Authorizes: (1) Clara Kircher, Phil Toomajian, Donald Wilson, Katharine Dillingham, Craig Spilsbury, and any other Senate employee from whom testimony or document production is required, to testify and produce such documents in the case of United States v. Milton Thomas Black, except concerning matters for which a privilege should be asserted; and (2) the Senate Legal Counsel to represent such employees in connection with such case.
