Summary
Authorizes: (1) Cathy Calhoun and any employee of the Senate from whom testimony or document production is required in United States v. John Murtari to testify and produce documents, except concerning matters for which a privilege should be asserted; and (2) the Senate Legal Counsel to represent employees of the Senate in connection with the testimony and document production authorized by this Act.
