A resolution to constitute the majority party's membership on certain committees for the One Hundred Eleventh Congress, or until their successors are chosen.

Makes majority party appointments to the following Senate Committees for the 111th Congress: (1) Armed Services; (2) the Budget; and (3) Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
