Durbin, Richard J.

Richard Durbin represents Illinois in the U.S. Senate and currently serves as ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, the chamber's primary body overseeing the federal courts, criminal justice system, and constitutional matters. As ranking member, he leads the Democratic opposition within the committee, shaping its agenda and questioning nominees and legislation.
