Congressional Anti-Corruption Act of 2005

Congressional Anti-Corruption Act of 2005 - Adds offenses (including bribery of public officials, embezzlement of public money, mail or wire fraud, and racketeering) which, if committed by the President, a Member of Congress, or the head of an executive department, will make such an individual (or his or her survivor or beneficiary) ineligible for a federal annuity or retired pay.

Increases the maximum terms of imprisonment for such offenses and disqualifies (for life) anyone convicted of such offenses from acting as a lobbyist.
