LACA

The Local Access to Courts Act, or LACA, would expand where federal court proceedings can be held in two judicial districts. Specifically, it would add College Station to the list of authorized court locations in the Galveston Division of the Southern District of Texas, and add El Centro to the authorized court locations in the Southern District of California.
