Children and Family Food Relief Act of 2008 - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to increase the benefits provided under the supplemental nutrition assistance program by the earlier of the date of the enactment of this Act or October 1, 2008. (Current law requires that such adjustment be made on October 1, 2008.)
