Puerto Rican People’s Power Restoration Act of 2026

H.R. 7833, titled the Puerto Rican People's Power Restoration Act of 2026, would modify the Puerto Rico Oversight, Management, and Economic Stability Act (PROMESA) to provide specific circumstances under which the Financial Oversight and Management Board could be terminated.
