Bennet, Michael F.

Michael F. Bennet represents Colorado as a Democratic member of the House. Before entering public service, he built a diverse career as an attorney and a managing director for the Anschutz Investment Company, where he specialized in corporate reorganizations. He later served as the chief of staff to the Mayor of Denver and spent several years as the superintendent of Denver Public Schools, where he was credited with improving graduation rates and student enrollment through the development of the Denver Plan.
