Keeping Drugs Out of Schools Act of 2025

The Keeping Drugs Out of Schools Act of 2025 would authorize the Office of National Drug Control Policy to award grants to eligible organizations working to prevent and reduce substance use among young people. These grants would support school-community partnerships, which are collaborative efforts between schools and local coalitions to address drug, alcohol, and tobacco use among students.

To receive funding under this bill, eligible organizations would need to be coalitions that already participate in the Drug-Free Communities Support Program and have established formal agreements with at least one local school.
