Sloan Canyon Conservation and Lateral Pipeline Act

This legislation proposes to expand the Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area in Clark County, Nevada, by adding approximately 9,290 acres of land to the protected site. While the bill increases the size of the conservation area, it also directs the Bureau of Land Management to grant rights-of-way to the Southern Nevada Water Authority.
