House Committee on Homeland Security

The House Committee on Homeland Security reviews legislation and conducts oversight of the Department of Homeland Security and its agencies, which include the Transportation Security Administration, Customs and Border Protection, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Secret Service, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The committee has jurisdiction over immigration policy, border security, transportation security, cybersecurity, counterterrorism, and emergency preparedness.
